Are your products physical or digital?
All products are digital only. No physical item will be shipped. You will receive digital files that you can download and use for your own crafting or small business projects.
What will I receive after purchase?
You will receive the digital files listed in the product description. Depending on the product, this may include PNG files, PDF files, ZIP folders, or other digital formats.
Can I use these designs for my small business?
Yes. You may use the designs to create and sell physical finished products in small quantities, up to 100 physical items per design purchased.
Can I sell products made with your designs?
Yes, you may sell physical finished products such as mugs, tumblers, shirts, stickers, bookmarks, glass cans, tote bags, and similar handmade items.
You may not sell or share the digital file itself.
Can I sell the design as a digital download?
No. You may not resell, share, copy, redistribute, or upload the digital file as a digital product.
Can I modify the design and sell it as a new digital file?
No. Editing, recoloring, cropping, resizing, adding text, or combining the design with other elements does not give you permission to resell it digitally.
Can I use the designs for sublimation?
Yes. Many of our files are created for sublimation projects. Please check the product description for size, format, and recommended use.
Can I use the designs with Cricut or Silhouette?
Yes, many files can be used with Cricut, Silhouette, and similar software, depending on the file type. Please make sure your software supports the file format included in the listing.
Do you offer SVG files?
Only if the product listing specifically says SVG is included. Most products are PNG, PDF, or ZIP files. Please read the full product description before purchasing.
Can I print the files at home?
Yes, if you have the correct printer, paper, ink, and software. Print quality may vary depending on your equipment and settings.
Why do colors look different when printed?
Colors may vary due to screen settings, printer settings, ink, paper, sublimation blanks, heat press settings, and materials used.
Can I resize the files?
Yes. You may resize the files to fit your project. Please measure your blank product before printing. The buyer is responsible for resizing the file correctly.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
What should I do if I have trouble downloading my file?
Please contact us with your order information and we will help you as soon as possible.
Can I share the files with a friend?
No. Files are for the purchaser only. Sharing, forwarding, gifting, or uploading the files to any platform is not allowed.
Can I use your mockup or listing photo to sell my product?
No. Product preview images, mockups, listing photos, and shop images belong to Creative File Co. and may not be used as your own.
Can I use these designs for print-on-demand?
Only for your own website. If you want to use our designs for other type of print-on-demand or larger commercial production, please contact us first for an extended license.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes, when custom listings are available. Please contact us before placing a large custom order so we can confirm the details and pricing.
