Welcome to Creative File Co. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read everything carefully before completing your order.

All products sold in this shop are digital products only. No physical item will be shipped. Your purchase may include PNG files, PDF files, ZIP folders, or other digital formats depending on the product listing.

Our designs are created for crafters, small businesses, and DIY creators who make physical products such as mugs, tumblers, shirts, glass cans, stickers, bookmarks, decals, sublimation items, and other handmade finished goods.

Digital Product Notice

All files are delivered digitally. After payment is completed, your download will be available through the download link provided by our website or by email.

Please make sure your email address is correct before purchasing. You are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up your files.

No printed item, tumbler, mug, shirt, sticker, or physical product will be mailed to you.

Personal & Small Business Use License

Your purchase includes a license for personal use and small business physical product use.

You may use the purchased designs to create physical finished products such as:

Mugs, tumblers, glass cans, shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, stickers, decals, bookmarks, printed crafts, sublimation products, vinyl products, UV DTF items, and handmade gifts.

You may sell physical products made with our designs in production runs of up to 100 physical items per design purchased.

For production above 100 units, wholesale use, mass production, or large commercial use, please contact us to purchase an extended commercial license.

What You May Not Do

You may not resell, share, copy, redistribute, upload, or give away the original digital files in any form.

You may not:

Sell the design as a digital download,
Upload the file to print-on-demand marketplaces as a standalone design,
Share the files in Facebook groups, Google Drive folders, Dropbox, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any file-sharing platform,
Claim the artwork as your own,
Use the designs to create new digital products for resale,
Sell transfers, sublimation sheets, UV DTF transfers, SVG/PNG bundles, clipart packs, digital stickers, digital paper, or digital templates using our artwork,
Modify the design and resell it as a new digital file,
Use our listing images, mockups, previews, or product photos as your own.

The purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership. Creative File Co. keeps all rights to the original artwork.

Physical Product Use Only

Our designs are licensed for physical finished products only. You may print them onto physical items and sell those finished items within the allowed small business limit.

You may not sell or distribute the design in digital format, even if you edit, resize, recolor, crop, combine, or add text to it.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the digital file has been purchased or downloaded. This matches the current digital-product policy style used in your Etsy listings, where your products state that refunds cannot be offered due to the digital nature of the files.

If there is a problem with the file itself, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

File Compatibility

Our files are commonly used for sublimation, vinyl, UV DTF, Cricut, Silhouette, printing, and crafting projects. However, the buyer is responsible for knowing how to use digital files and design software.

Please make sure you have the correct software, equipment, printer, and crafting knowledge before purchasing.

Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer, ink, paper, material, heat press, or production method.

Sizing Notice

Some files are designed for specific product sizes, such as 16oz glass cans, 20oz tumblers, 40oz tumblers, 11oz mugs, 15oz mugs, bookmarks, or shirt graphics.

Dimensions are approximate and may need to be adjusted depending on your blank product, printer settings, or production method. Your Etsy listings already include this kind of resizing responsibility note for buyers.

Please measure your blank item before printing.

Custom Designs & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized digital items are made to order.

For personalized products, please enter the correct name, wording, or details at checkout. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Custom digital items are final sale and cannot be refunded once work has started or the final file has been delivered.

For orders with multiple custom designs, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability, timing, and pricing.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, files, listing images, product previews, mockups, and written content are the intellectual property of Creative File Co. unless otherwise stated.

You are purchasing a license to use the digital file, not ownership of the design.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, reselling, or redistribution of our files is strictly prohibited.
